As we are a small brewery we cannot afford to have our beers tested regularly and therefore cannot claim they are gluten free… however…

our beers which are marked as “low gluten” are made with an enzyme which selectively targets haze-sensitive proteins, including gluten, ensuring our beer meets gluten-free standards

So, we call them “low gluten” instead
