How we obtain personal information and why we have it
The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you. We use the information that you have given us to contact you to discuss enquiries, provide Competition updates, and/or email updates and promotions.
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the basis upon which we rely to lawfully process data is that we have a legitimate interest in doing so. It is necessary to process the data for that purpose and, in all the circumstances, Doghead Brewing’s legitimate interest is not overridden by the Data Subjects interests, rights or freedoms particularly given that: (i) processing this data is necessary to complete transactions; (ii) there is limited privacy impact on the Data Subjects; (iii) the Data Subjects should reasonably expect Doghead Brewing to use their data in this way and (iv) seeking consent would be unnecessarily bothersome to the Data Subjects
